Returns

What can be returned: Every item is custom made so once an order is produced it is not able to be returned.

What cannot be returned: Once an order leaves the store Lost Boys Industries is no longer liable for the order in any capacity. Lost Boys cannot be held liabe for any inconsistencies to customer provided garments. In this case the customer would pay for print and be held liable for garment replacement.

Returns for refund: Returns must be made in store or prior to picking up order. If refund is chosen Lost Boys is eligible to terminate the business relationship.

Returns for exchange or store credit: Returns must be made in store or prior to picking up order. Credit will cover print errors.
